What pup parents ask first.

We're a young company — five questions every new client asks before handing over a leash, answered straight.

Asked 100+ × · Answered the same way each time
Q.01Day-one rule

What if my dog doesn't take to the walker on day one?

We start every new dog with a free 20-minute meet & greet at your door — leash on, sniff hands, short hallway loop. If your dog isn't comfortable, we don't book the walk. Plain math.

Q.02Proof of route

How do I know the walk actually happened?

GPS-tracked route map sent at the end of the walk. Two photos minimum from the route. The same field-log entry your walker writes is what lands in your inbox.

Q.03Winter discipline

What about the deep-winter weeks?

We adjust. Sub-zero days = shorter loops, salt-safe paws, neighborhood routes only. We do not push trail walks when the wind chill goes below -10°F. We will text you and re-route.

Q.04Pack ceiling: 4

Pack walks — how do you keep four dogs in line?

We don't accept new dogs into a pack until the meet & greet shows compatible energy. Max 4 dogs per walker. One leash failure ends the pack experiment. We split the route.

Q.05Paper trail

Are you actually licensed and insured?

Bonded, business-licensed in Anchorage, $2M general liability through Pet Sitters Insurance. Pet Tech PetSaver (CPR + first aid) certified. References on request.

Got a question we haven't covered? Send it. We'll add it to the field log if a second person asks the same thing.
